Mr. Amnon Landan served as the Chief Executive Officer of Mercury Interactive Corp. from February 1997 to November, 2005 and also as its President from February 1997 to December 2004. From October 1995 to January 1997, Mr. Landan served as the President of Mercury Interactive, and served as its President of North American Operations from March 1995 to September 1995. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Mercury Interactive from August 1993 to March 1995. From December 1992 to August 1993, he served as Vice President of Operations and from June 1991 to December 1992, he served as Vice President of Research and Development at Mercury Interactive. A founder of Mercury Interactive in November 1989, he was with Mercury Interactive Corporation in various technical positions over 16 years. He co-founded Capriza, Inc. in 2011 and serves as its Chairman. Mr. Landan served as Chairman of the Board of Mercury Interactive Corp. from July 1999 to November 2, 2005 and its Director from February 1996 to November 2, 2005. He has been a Director of OneLogin, Inc. since October 2013. He serves as a Director of Mu Dynamics Inc., and Savi Technology, Inc. He served as a Director of NetGravity, Inc. since October 1998. He served as a Director of Digital Fuel Technologies, Inc. He was awarded Forbes' Entrepreneur of the Year award in 2003. Mr. Landan holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the Technion Israel Institute of Technology.
