Anthony Mandekic - Chairman and CEO of Tracinda, former director of Delta Petroleum Corporation
An Armenian American, Kerkorian had provided over $1 billion for charity in Armenia through his Lincy Foundation.[2] It was established in 1989 and was particularly focused on helping to rebuild northern Armenia after the1988 earthquake.[3] The foundation was dissolved in 2011, after 22-years of charitable activities.[4]
Tracinda Corporation is a private investment corporation owned by Kirk Kerkorian. Major investments include a minority interest of MGM Resorts International (See below for discussion of ownership change). Tracinda is headquartered on Rodeo Drive in Beverly Hills. The company is named after Kerkorian's daughters, Tracy and Linda.
