Mr. Gregory J. Goff, also known as Greg, serves as the President of Tesoro Refining Marketing Company LLC. Mr. Goff has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Tesoro Corporation since May 1, 2010 and has been its Chairman since December 2014. Mr. Goff has been the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Tesoro Logistics GP LLC since April 2011. He serves as the President of Carson Cogeneration Company and Uinta Express Pipeline Company LLC. Mr. Goff served in positions at ConocoPhillips (formerly Conoco, Inc.) from 1981 to 2010. He served as a Senior Vice President of Commercial at ConocoPhillips Canada Limited. He served as the Senior Vice President of Commercial for ConocoPhillips Corporation since October 1, 2008. He served as the President of Specialty Businesses and Business Development of ConocoPhillips. He served as the President of Strategy, Integration Specialty Businesses for Refining, Marketing Transportation of ConocoPhillips from 2006 to 2008. From 2004 to 2006, Mr. Goff served as the President of ConocoPhillips' US Lower 48 and Latin American exploration and production business. He handled Conocophillips interests in Venezuela, including its heavy-oil projects, Petrozuata and Hamaca and development opportunities offshore in the Gulf of Paria East and West Blocks and Plataforma Deltana Block 2. He was responsible for offshore operations in the deepwater Gulf of Mexico for ConocoPhillips, which includes: the Ursa, Princess, Magnolia and K2 field developments, and Conocophillips's onshore US Lower 48 efforts, which deliver gas from the San Juan, Panhandle and South Texas areas, and oil and gas from the Permian Basin, North Louisiana/East Texas and the Upper Texas Gulf Coast areas. Mr. Goff served as the President of Exploration Production for Conocophillips from August 16, 2004 to October 1, 2008 and its Senior Vice President of Commercial since October 2008. From 1998 to 2000, Mr. Goff served as managing Director and Chief Executive Officer of Conoco JET Nordic in Stockholm, Sweden. Mr. Goff also served as Chairman and Managing Director of Conoco Limited from 2000 to 2002. He joined ConocoPhillips in 1981 and has served several positions in the supply and distribution, transportation and trading businesses. From 2002 to 2004, Mr. Goff served as President of Europe and Asia Pacific Downstream Activities for ConocoPhillips. He has been an Independent Director of PolyOne Corporation since October 2011. He has been a Director of Tesoro Corporation since May 01, 2010. He served as a Director at Conoco JET Nordic from 1998 to 2000. He serves on the National Advisory Board of the University of Utah Business School. Previously, he served on the board of Chevron Phillips Chemical Company and was a member of the downstream committee of the American Petroleum Institute. Mr. Goff serves as a director of the American Fuels and Petrochemical Manufacturers. He served as a Director of DCP Midstream GP, LLC from October 2008 to April 30, 2010. Mr. Goff received a bachelor of science degree from the University of Utah in 1978 and a masters of business administration from the University of Utah in 1981.
