Kedar Deshpande is the CEO at Zappos.
Deshpande, a graduate of Doctor Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University and the University of Nevada – Reno, started with Zappos in 2011 as Portfolio Manager. Over the years, Deshpande had multiple roles with multiple executive-level positions leading up to the Chief Operating Officer in 2019.
Zappos.com is an online shoe and clothing shop currently based in Las Vegas, Nevada.[3] In July 2009, the company announced it would be acquired by Amazon.com in an all-stock deal worth about $1.2 billion.[4][5][6] Since its founding in 1999, it has become one of the world's largest online shoe stores.[7]
