Kushal Pal Singh Teotia or K.P. Singh is an Indian real estate mogul and the chairman of DLF Limited.[2]
DLF Limited (Delhi Land Finance) (BSE: 532868, NSE: DLF) is one of the largest commercial real estate developer in India.[1] It was founded by Chaudhary Raghvendra Singh[2] in 1946 and is based in New Delhi, India.[3] DLF developed residential colonies in Delhi such as Shivaji Park (their first development), Rajouri Garden, Krishna Nagar, South Extension, Greater Kailash, Kailash Colony, and Hauz Khas. DLF builds residential, office, and retail properties.[4][5]
