Tony Lee is the company's CEO and oversees the Large Group department as well as the Property Casualty Division of the company. He was born in London and traveled extensively during his childhood, finally settling in California where he graduated from the University of Santa Barbara. After working for several years in the entertainment industry, he joined Carl Dickerson in the family business in 1997 and has garnered a reputation for innovative leadership in identifying creative solutions for the company's larger clients. In 2007, under his guidance, he helped expand the company by adding the Property Casualty Division under the leadership of Toni Johnson, whose vast and lengthy experience in this area has added many valuable services for our clients. Following in the footsteps of Carl Dickerson, he serves on several boards including the Los Angeles Urban League.
Tony is married to Angela Dickerson Lee and has three children.
