Troy Rudd is Chief Executive Officer at AECOM (NYSE:ACM), the world’s premier infrastructure consulting firm delivering professional services across the project lifecycle – from planning, design and engineering to consulting and construction management.
Mr. Rudd was appointed to the roles of CEO and director in August 2020, and has been leading the company’s transformation to a professional services organization since August 2018.
Mr. Rudd has held a series of operational and financial leadership roles since joining AECOM in 2009, including his most recent role as Chief Financial Officer where he directed the company’s global financial operations, including financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, global shared services, internal audit, tax, treasury, and led the company’s M&A activities. Previously, he was responsible for AECOM’s Americas Design and Consulting (DCS) business and treasury, corporate controllership and financial reporting, risk and controls, tax and shared services functions. He also drove efforts to raise capital to fund the AECOM/URS transaction, and led the largest integration component involving the DCS Americas group.
Prior to joining AECOM, Mr. Rudd was a partner for 10 years with KPMG.
