In January 2018, my in-laws (ages 93 and 95), moved from New York to New Jersey. Jennifer K. Patterson (Tel. 336-801-9037) of your company was extraordinarily proficient yet kind and compassionate in dealing with my in-laws. Ms. Patterson's home office was actually closed due to the extreme weather conditions we had this winter. Yet, she called us back after normal business hours and provided detailed information about the process of dis-enrolling from Emblem Health before enrolling in Aetna Medicare. She was knowledgeable and assisted my in-laws and me throughout the process. She even provided the new ID numbers as mail service was impacted by our winter weather and actual receipt of the cards could not guaranteed by February 1.
When my in-laws pull out their Aetna ID cards, we are reminded of Ms. Patterson and her extrordinary service. I hope that you will recognize this wonderful memeber of your company.
