I am writing to you to share my ,unexpected. negative experience with BMW Canada and BMW NA.
I got pre-owned vehicle BMW X3 28i from dealer in Toronto, BMW Autohouse.
After 1.5 years of driving and scheduled services with BMW, I dot into issue.
On May 10 2018 My spouse drove our BMW to her work. Car was on parking lot with turned off engine. However after, approximately, 30 minutes vehicle dot on fire, what was recorded on dash cam.
Based on above mentioned accident, this is problem on BMW side and it is obligation of BMW to take a responsibility on it and to leave it to insurance company of client.
