Dear Mr. Saunders,
I am writing you regarding the lack of consideration or respect given to our office. Your educational department at SkinMedica, provided us with short notice of cancelation for a training session. This short notice caused our office time and money which cannot be recouped. We had taken the time to block out seeing patients on 06/12/2018 only to have an educational session cancelled.
My employer (Ingrid P. Warmuth) was very disappointed with the lack of notice given and the fact that we will lose income for the all the patients we would have seen on 06/12/2018 due to this short notice of cancellation. My employers want to know how your organization will resolve our loss??
