Hi Team,
We bought an AC (1ton and details are in the pic attached) from Samsung on 23rd May from the shop Amutha n co in West Tambaram, Chennai-India. Installation happened the next day late evening. The very next day we found that the cooling is not proper. We informed the sales person in the shop and also booked a complaint with Samsung. 2 engineers came on sat and on Monday to check but still we are not satisfied with their feedback. The cooling is not proper still. We were told that this model is very good in the market and we were convinced to buy this. But we are totally not satisfied with the product & service. Would like to bring this to your notice n request you to take necessary action please.
