Dear Mr Rutledge,
I am writing to you because I am getting nowhere with your customer service department. For the last several months there has been a dispute in my area which is leaving me without key channels in my area. There was no notification about this and to date no compensation for services not being rendered. This is not fair to a loyal customer. When I call the customer service department, they don't seem to have empathy towards this situation. My monthly bill is around 200/mo surely if I am not getting the services rendered I should not have to pay for that. This is unfair and quite honestly this is not my problem.
