Hello Mr. Rutledge- I am reaching out to you for some help. I am a Director for a property management company in NC. We use Spectrum for AIC internet at one of our boutique sites and we are having many issues with Spectrum and their lack of service/communication and overall responsiveness. As I am sure you would agree, excellent customer service is what separates the great companies from the "ok" ones. I take customer service very seriously and I don't like having my name dragged through the mud b/c of the non-existent responsiveness of Spectrum and their reps. I hope you will find the time to reach out & point me in the right direction of who can help. The customers are what fuels businesses; I would appreciate someone from Spectrum putting our concerns to the top of their list and provide us with solutions rather than empty promises and excuses.
