This is a complaint of the colossal incompetence of your support people. At about 8PM on 5/24 /18 we called support that our phone was out. We were asked to reboot the modem, we said that we were impaired and that we could not do so, and requited that the rebooting be done from the central office as has been often done in the past. We were told that they could not do so, âbecause the lime was downâ. And they would send a Tech the next day at 2PM. This is how your people solve problems ,as we have learn from the past. We asked to talk to a supervisor and were told none available. How can the âline be downâ if we have internet and TV service. Today the tech came out and, guess what, he rebooted the modem and the phone was back on line. We lost 24 hours + of service because the support person did not know how to reboot from the central office saving hours of down time and a tecnâs time that costs money. That person who took the subject call should be fired. We are elderly and were without a phone to call 911 if we had an emergency. We expect a bill reduction due to the fiasco.
