Good afternoon
my name is John gholar I am trying to get help in regards of the way I've been treated with CITIBANK. The situation has caused me to loose my job, car, and place of resident. Due to CITIBANK holding my money over ten days on a check that has been verified and cleared I opened the account may 19,2018 I was shut out account had temporary block and closed May 21,2018 for no reason. My daughter is 5 yrs old we been sleeping at a park because of CITIBANK holding my money telling me 60 to 100 days before I get it. I been treated horribly lied to and unfair by customer reps. Jennifer Johnson from fraud department told me June 4 2018 is the day I could walk into a branch withdrawal my funds and account will be closed. I just want to make sure when I go tomorrow it will not be any issues
