Your company is holding $1700 of my money hostage for 180 days. I only created the account to sell an item on eBay.com and Swappa.com.
I shipped out the laptop ($1650) immediately as indicated by your website. Tracking showed the signed and recieved the package. Next thing I know my account is permanently closed and my $1650 will be held for 180 days.
Had I known this before, I would NEVER even consider using your service. Now that I have I want my funds that are rightfully mine. Not a single one of your employees have helped me.
I have already filed a complaint with BBB.org (Case # 622690) and next will be a small claims cases if I don't hear back.
