I have been an assistant manger for six and half years and been promised to be a co manager if I fulfilled the request from the market manager but every time I reached a goal set forth by the market manager it always changes.I was told that my dress was a reason fo rme not getting a promotion so I went out and bought all new clothes and still no promtion. I recently made the decision to leave the company today 05/28/18 because of promises not met. I have promoted numerous associates to department manager and two department managers to assistant managers. My new market manager told me that I needed to go to a different store so i could make an impact to potentially have an opportunity with advances with the company. These concern may not mean anything but for future employee of Wal-Mart who really want to advance with the company don't make blind promises to employees and have no intention of really promoting someone. Market 327 has that bad of making blind promises and fulfilling them.
