Kendra Cook sent a message to Bob Sasser that said:
I am contacting you in regards to how I was treated by one of your employees at store #3803 today. I went into the store to purchase a newspaper and browse for anything new that might catch my eye. When I entered the store I picked up the newspaper and continued to browse the store. When I got in line to pay for my paper I realized I had picked up two. I got out of line and returned one of the papers to the stand and then got back in line to pay. While waiting in line Lenora (the employee working the register in the opposite line I was in) rudely asked me what was wrong with the paper I put back. I advised her nothing was wrong with the paper I just realized I had picked up two by mistake. After a few minutes she then asked me which stack I put the paper back in, I advised her I placed on the top stack.
