Dear Mr Menear I always believed the only way to get a problem solved with a large company is to write to the person in charge. I love Home Depot and the great savings but am very disappointed in the customer service.i bought a Brinkmann Grill online from Home Depot. Brinkmann has gone bankrupt and the Grill fell apart.I called Home Depot Customer Service and was left on hold after speaking to someone for over 45, so I hung up.I found that very unprofessional. The order number was W286194492. I understand that the manufacturer has gone bankrupt maybe due to the bad grills it sold. But being Home Depot was selling it I was hoping you could something about the warranty and stand behind the products you sell. I have been a loyal Home Depot consumer for over 10 years now and hope Home Depot will look out for me.What do I do at this point?
