I am interested in creating a home-style environment for people with age-related dementia to include Alzheimer's. The idea is to take an actual home which houses 4-8 individuals and provide the personal care as per specific needs. The environment will be superior to nursing homes, home-style living, and secured quarters. I intend to build several homes.
I am looking for investors for start-up of the initial home. As I believe the revenue from the initial home will fund the others.
