I write this email with utmost disappointment and anger. I imagined exceptional customer service, let alone an expected one, but I've been let down. When I was buying my first Nespresso Machine, I thought I was entering a world of Superior Coffee and Care. But I'm afraid to say that I've been disappointed.

I ordered (order ref. no. - 27615588) Nespresso 250 Discovery Box along with the welcome gift of 2 VIEW Espresso Cups & Saucers and 2 VIEW Cappuccino Cups & Saucers. Firstly, when I received my package, the cups were nowhere to be found. I realized that you forgot the delivery those along with the Discovery Box. Then I called up your Customer Service and the lady told me that she will straight away get it delivered. I confirmed with her what cups she was going to send. I appreciated the promptness. Now that I have received the cups, it is to my disbelief that the cups which you sent were actually NOT the ones which were supposed to come with my Discovery Box. I received Pure Espresso & Lungo Cups & Saucers instead of VIEW Espresso & Cappuccino Cups & Saucers.

Another very important thing is that I don't live in London. When I visited my girlfriend in London on New Years I got the Coffee Machine from your Boutique in Victoria. My friend visited London just recently and I got the Cups and Discovery Box from him. I'm now sitting in India with the wrong cups in my hand.

This is not what I expected from Nespresso. I bought my first coffee machine and I was happy using it until now. Now it makes me think if I've made the right decision to go with Nespresso!
