Dear Mr. Toyoda, I bought a used Toyota Avalon in December 2017. I bought it on eBay, and the dashboard did not appear to have any cracks. Just recently I noticed some cracks on the dashboard. I called 1-800-331-4331, and spoke to one Mr. Ryan. He was rude and said there was nothing Toyota could do to replace the cracked dashboard. Here is the VIN 4T1BK36B67U247714.
