Raytheon pay billions of dollars on the book but do not own all the Hughes. there is Howard Hughes and more Hughes out there left on the books to have 100%. Where is Hughes in Raytheon or is it supposed to be some subsidiary part on the books or all Hughes subs a part Raytheon If not then it should be Hughes Raytheon or Raytheon Hughes like GM call Hughes GM Hughes not GM by the books to not to pay for a New name change Spinning off the subsidiary Hughes by the books to stand alone it the law.
