Sunil Karve sent a message to Kazuo Hirai that said:

Sony Bravia under warranty - called service center no in India on May 28. Technician visited on May 30 2018.
Issue still not solved even after 7 days. I have been buying Sony Bravia TV for the last 10years. Service is very slow. They do not communicate as to when the problem will be solved. The attitude of the service centre people is not like a Global corporation but a roadside repair shop.
Please help
