Hello From Mexico Mr.Yanagi, I'm approaching with concern of yamaha motor pedregal dealer in Mexico city, I paid in full a motorcycle with extras for paperwork and licence plate on the 23rd October 2017, so far no Motorcycle or refund, no answer of Emails or calls from finance, Still waiting for 8 months an NOBODY answers the phone, I feel robbed by Yamaha, Here in Mexico people are getting ripped off by your dealerships and it's all over the internet, please do something about these problems for Yamaha costumers in Mexico are being treated very badly, and the brand's legality and reputation are in jeopardy.
