Antonio, I am very disappointed in toys-r-us. Myself and my wife ordered a battery powered dirt bike for our son for Christmas. The first one was shipped to us on Nov. 19th. Upon opening the box we found it was broken. This one was returned on Nov. 21st via Ups. Today we got the second one and upon opening it is broken. I am not happy about this especially with Christmas 10 days away. I would appreciate it if you would call me. Thanks
