My Christmas nightmare with Toy R Us is still continuing 3 day before Christmas. I ordered my daughter the Barbie Power Wheel Cadillac ($450) and arranged it to be pick-up from a store. When I arrived, we realized that it wouldn't fit in the truck so we cancelled the order in the store. FYI - The Power Wheel was already in stock so there was no additional shipping for them. The store representative told us since we ordered it online, we had to contact Toysrus.com customer service for a refund. That was December 6th. It is now Dec. 22nd. I've been calling to check the status of the refund and they keep telling me someone will call me back in 24 hrs. I still have not received a phone call back or my refund. What horrible customer services around the Christmas Holiday.
