Mr. Dennis Polk has been the President and Chief Executive Officer at SYNNEX Corp. since March 1, 2018. Mr. Polk served as the Chief Operating Officer of SYNNEX Corporation since July 2006. Mr. Polk served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Corporate Finance of SYNNEX Corp. since joining it in February 2002 and also served as its Principal Accounting Officer.
