He joined Altice Group in 2009, helping to lead the development and growth of it from a French cable operator to a multinational telecoms operator with fixed and mobile assets across 16 different territories serving both residential and enterprise clients. He worked for 15 years in investment banking. He began his investment banking career with JP Morgan and joined Morgan Stanley in 1999 working in their Media & Communications Group. He served as the Managing Director and Co-Head of European Media & Communications M & A at Morgan Stanley since December 2005 and April 2008, respectively. He joined the Media & Communications Group in 2001. He served as Co-Head of Morgan Stanley’s European TMT Group. Over the years, he has worked across all segments of the media industry in the US and EMEA region covering primarily cable, pay TV, broadcasting, Internet, content and gaming companies. Mr. Goei serves as the Chairman of HOT Mobile Ltd. He serves as Non-Executive Director of SFR Group SA (also known as Numericable-SFR S.A.). He has been a Director of at Cablevision Systems Corporation since June 20, 2016. He serves as a Member of the Board of Directors at Altice Portugal, Coditel Management, Cabovisao, Winreason, F300, ONI SGPS, Hubgrade, Knewon, ONI Maderia, ONI Açores, ONITelecom, Vinluam, MTVC, WSG, Altice Blue Two, Wananchi and Titan Consulting. He served as a Director of HOT Telecommunication Systems Ltd. since December 24, 2010. Mr. Goei holds Degree in Internal Economics from Georgetown University’s School of Foreign Service with cum laude honours.
