Mr. Douglas J. Pferdehirt, also known as Doug, has been Chief Executive Officer of TechnipFMC plc since 2017. Mr. Pferdehirt has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of FMC Technologies, Inc. since May 2017. He served as the Chief Executive Officer of FMC Technologies, Inc. since September 1, 2016 and served as its President since May 12, 2015. He served as Chief Operating Officer of FMC Technologies, Inc. from 2012 to September 1, 2016. He served as Executive Vice President of FMC Technologies, Inc., since August 01, 2012 until May 12, 2015. He joined FMC in 2012. Mr. Pferdehirt served as Executive Vice President of Energy Systems with responsibility for the Subsea Technologies, Surface Technologies and Energy Infrastructure business segments and also several support functions. He served as Executive Vice President of Corporate Development and Communication and President of Reservoir Production Group at Schlumberger Limited and WesternGeco, Ltd. Mr. Pferdehirt served as Vice President of Communications and Investor Relations Schlumberger Limited since July 2003 and also served its Head of Investor Relations. He served as Vice President of Oilfield Services U.S. Gulf of Mexico. He spent 26 years at Schlumberger Limited in a succession of executive leadership positions. He served as President of SchlumbergerSema NSA from August 2002 to July 2003, Vice President of Marketing and Technique from April 2002 to August 2002, Gulf Coast GeoMarket Manager from February 2000 to April 2002 and Dowell North and South America Business Manager from March 1998 to February 2000. He has been the Chairman of FMC Technologies, Inc. since May 2017. He serves as a Director of TechnipFMC plc. He served as a Director of FMC Technologies, Inc. since September 30, 2016. He serves on the board of directors of the American Heart Association. Mr. Pferdehirt holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering from Pennsylvania State University.
