Mr. Jeff A. Stevens has been the President at Western Refining, Inc. since February 2009 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since January 2010. Mr. Stevens serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Western Refining Terminals, Inc., Giant Four Corners, Inc., Giant Stop-N-Go Of New Mexico, Inc., Western Refining Yorktown Holding Company, Western Refining GP, LLC, and San Juan Refining Company.

He has been the Chief Executive Officer and President of Western Refining Logistics GP, LLC - General Partner of Western Refining Logistics, LP since July 2013. He has over 24 years of oil industry and marketing experience.

Mr. Stevens served as the Chief Operating Officer of Western Refining, Inc. from April 9, 2008 to January 2010, Executive Vice President since September 2005 and as Executive Vice President of one of its affiliates since 2000. Prior to joining Western, Mr. Stevens served as a Senior Vice President - Supply and Marketing from 1997 to 2000 at Giant Industries, Inc., or Giant.

He served as the Vice President of Supply and Marketing for Phoenix Fuel from 1993 to 1997, when it was acquired by Giant. He has spent his entire career working in the refined product production and marketing industry.

Mr. Stevens has been a Director of Western Refining Logistics GP, LLC since July 2013. He has been a Director of Northern Tier Energy GP LLC, a General Partner of Northern Tier Energy LP since November 12, 2013. He has been a Director of Western Refining, Inc. since September 2005. He serves as a Director of Vomaris Innovations, Inc.

Western Refining Company, L.P. is a Texas-based Fortune 200[7] crude oil refiner and marketer operating primarily in the Southwestern, North-Central and Mid-Atlantic regions of the United States. Western Refining (WNR) has been publicly traded on the New York Stock Exchange since January, 2006 and is the fourth largest publicly traded independent refiner and marketer in the nation.[8]

The company is headquartered in El Paso, Texas; its refineries are located in El Paso, Gallup, New Mexico and St. Paul Park, Minnesota. These refineries have a combined crude oil processing capacity of approximately 242,500 barrels per day (38,550 m3/d).[9] A majority of products produced at these refineries are light products, consisting of gasoline, diesel fuel, and jet fuel. All four refineries have truck loading terminals. The El Paso refinery delivers to a number of other markets via pipeline.[10]

Western Refining owns and operates a wholesale division that works in conjunction with the refining operations. Through the refineries and these affiliated companies, Western Refining serves a broad customer base in Arizona, California, Colorado, Minnesota, Nevada, New Mexico, western Texas, Utah, Wisconsin, northern Chihuahua, Mexico, and the central East Coast region.[11]
