Mr. Thomas J. Falk, also known as Tom, has been an Executive Chairman of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since February 18, 2003 and has been its Chief Executive Officer since September 12, 2002. Mr. Falk serves as Treasurer of Catalyst Inc. Mr. Falk serves as the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Kimberly-Clark Health Care Inc.

He served as the President and Chief Operating Officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation from 1999 to 2002. He served as the Group President of Global Tissue, Pulp and Paper since 1998 and was responsible for Kimberly Clark Corp.'s global tissue businesses.

He was also responsible for the Wet Wipes and Neenah Paper sectors, Pulp Operations and Consumer Business Services, Environment and Energy and Human Resources organizations. He served as Group President of North American Tissue, Pulp and Paper of Kimberly-Clark Corporation since January 1996. He served as an Architect of Kimberly-Clark's new global organizational structure and its Go-To-Market initiatives, which have redefined the way Kimberly-clark Corp. manufactures, distributes, promotes and sells its products. He joined Kimberly Clark Corp., in 1983 and served numerous management, financial and administrative positions. He joined the internal audit staff of Kimberly-Clark in Neenah, Wis., in 1983. He served at the Accounting Firm of Alexander Grant Co. He served as Senior Auditor of Kimberly-Clark since 1984 and Senior Financial Analyst since 1986. He served as Director of Corporate Strategic Analysis of Kimberly-Clark since 1987. He served as an Operations Manager for Infant Care of Beech Island, S.C., diaper plant since 1989. He served Vice President of Operations Analysis and Control of Beech Island since 1990. He served as Senior Vice President of Analysis and Administration at Kimberly-Clark since 1991. He served as the Chairman and Director of Southwest Region at Boys Girls Clubs Of America.

He serves as Vice Chairman of Boys Girls Clubs of America, Inc. He serves as Vice Chairman at University of Wisconsin Foundation, Inc.
