Mr. Timothy J. Donahue, also known as Tim, has been the President of Crown Holdings Inc. since March 4, 2013 and serves as its Chief Executive Officer since January 1, 2016. Mr. Donahue served as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Vice President of Crown Holdings Inc. from December 2008 to March 2013 and its Chief Operating Officer from March 2013 to January 1, 2016. He served as Senior Vice President of Finance of Crown Holdings Inc. (formerly Crown Cork & Seal Company Inc.) from 2000 to December 2008. He served as Controller of Crown Holdings Inc. since 1991. He joined Crown in 1990 as Manager of Domestic Accounting. Mr. Donahue was with the public accounting firm Price Waterhouse, now PricewaterhouseCoopers. He has been a Director of Crown Holdings Inc. since July 23, 2015.
